Do you desire to live generously?

I regularly write articles and provide resources for a company called SecureGive. Some of my recent articles are written for those who want to live and give generously, reflecting God's generosity to the world. So, if you desire to live generously, here are some articles I wrote for you:

Maybe you already give but wish to be one who reflects Macedonian-like generosity. Maybe you started giving out of obedience to God but desire a deeper love for generosity. Maybe you haven’t started giving but know generosity should be your next step of faith.

Wherever you are, commit yourself to prayer. To get you started, here are a few suggested prayer points.

So, you want biblical generosity to characterize your family. You want to be a family that lives open handed with their resources. This is a good thing. But instilling a posture of generosity in your family will not happen by accident. It takes intentionality.

In Acts 20:35, we find Paul encouraging the Ephesus elders to “Help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive’”.

In God’s economy giving is better than getting. What we provide for others is more significant than what we acquire for ourselves. The words of Jesus flip the world’s “me first” messaging on its head.
